Christmas delivery

You can place orders right up to 22nd December and still get your items in time for Christmas, however to avoid disappointment we recommend that you place your orders early.

We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to dispatch all orders promptly: you should receive yours within 5 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 14 working days, please contact Customer Services by phone 0844 89 300 90, email giftshop@redcross.org.uk or via www.giftshop.redcross.org.uk.

We can only deliver within the UK and Channel Islands. If you are not based in the UK or Channel Islands, please contact Customer Services department by the above methods for further assistance.

How to pay

We accept Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. We regret we cannot accept payment by cheque for orders made online. Postage and packaging charges apply. Delivery can be made to the UK and Channel Islands only.

Payment will usually be taken when the goods are dispatched, however for personalised cards, bespoke items and virtual gifts, payment will be taken at the order processing stage.

 

Postage and packing charges (UK and Channel Islands)

Standard delivery – usually within 3 – 5 working days. However, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery

Orders up to £49.99 - £3.50
Orders over £50 – Post Free. These rates apply to each individual mainland UK delivery address.

 

Express delivery (UK only)

Even though our normal standard service is fast, we also offer express delivery. The cost of this service, regardless of parcel size or weight, is £7.95. Regrettably, express delivery is not available to the Channel Islands.

 

Mainland UK

Place your order by midday Monday to Friday and we'll dispatch your parcel on our express service for delivery the following working day. Orders placed after midday Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Express deliveries aren't made on UK bank holidays.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands
Express delivery isn't guaranteed to certain remote rural areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed as quickly as possible.

We're unable to specify a time for express deliveries, delivery can take place at any time between 8am and 9pm and all express delivery parcels may need to be signed for on delivery.

Express delivery is not available on personalised items.
