“My mum used to make Doro Wat for all my family when I was growing up. She would shout when it was ready, and we would come to eat together from one big plate at lunchtime. I can make it here and sometimes I eat it in Ethiopian restaurants in Leeds, but my mum’s Doro Wat was the most delicious!”
