Thank you so much for ordering from our gift shop. These are difficult times and your continued support through shopping with us is truly appreciated and helps us to generate funds to help people in crisis.

We are following Government guidance and working with our fulfilment house to ensure that necessary guidelines are adhered to and most importantly all staff are safe.

Whilst we usually aim to get orders delivered within 3-5 working days, at present, our deliveries are taking a little longer than usual. However, we are working hard to make sure that we can deliver as quickly and safely as possible. If you haven't received your order in 10 working days please do contact shoponline@Redcross.org.uk so we can look into your order for you.

If you have ordered from our Power or Kindness collections and would like to return an item or exchange it, please do get in touch with us at shoponline@Redcross.org.uk.

Our working relationship with Urban Makers mean that we are fortunate that all of our artisans are UK based and those who want to can continue to create from their studio/home.
