We’ve given out food parcels since World War One. The contents may have changed, but the concept remains the same: we want to make sure people are fed.
Every Thursday, Princess visits a British Red Cross centre in East London where she can chat to other people and get a hot meal. She can also collect a food parcel to keep her and her young children going.
