What is Kindfulness?

It’s a subscription that helps you be kinder to yourself, to the environment, and to people in crisis. We deliver sustainable wellbeing products to your door and send you a monthly self-care toolkit in your inbox – and with each subscription, you’ll also support our work to help people in crisis.

A seasonal box of wellness treats
A monthly digital self-care guide
A contribution to the British Red Cross

Curated to be sustainable

We’ve teamed up with Mel, founder of Zero Waste Goods, to carefully curate our products. That means each one is created ethically and sustainably, as well as working wonders for your wellbeing.

Big love for small brands

By spotlighting small, independent brands, you’ll get the chance to discover treats you wouldn't easily come across, and they’ll have a platform to grow.

Helping people in crisis

We created Kindfulness to help you feel good whilst doing good. With every month of your subscription, you'll also support people in crisis who are going through emergencies and working to rebuild their lives.

  • What is Kindfulness?

When you sign up to Kindfulness, every three months you’ll get a themed box of ethical, sustainable wellbeing treats. You’ll also get a monthly digital self-care guide that complements the theme of the box, and helps you look after your wellbeing. We developed Kindfulness to help people feel good and take care of their wellbeing, whilst doing good for others. When we feel better ourselves, we're more able to help others and spread kindness. Your monthly contributions will help the British Red Cross be there for people in crisis when they need it the most.

  • How does it work?

Every three months you’ll get a themed box of ethical, sustainable wellbeing treats. You’ll also get a monthly digital self-care guide that complements the theme of the box, and helps you look after your wellbeing. For example, one of our themes has been ‘nature’, and was filled with tips and treats to help you incorporate nature into your wellbeing routines.
