Speciality coffee stirring a better future into action

Leaps & Grounds is a social enterprise from the British Red Cross and we believe in doing something good with our coffee.

Female refugees face some of the highest barriers when it comes to working in the UK. That’s why we’re stirring a better future into action – by kickstarting refugee women’s careers, so they’ve got the experience to land their dream job. Through a blend of extensive training, paid work experience and 1-2-1 mentoring, we empower our wonderful baristas to step into the workplace, grow their confidence, and break down the barriers that stand in their way.
